Tandoori Specialities
Tandoori dishes date back to the Mughal Empire. Marinated in yogurt and seasoned with garam masala, garlic, ginger, cumin, cayenne pepper, and other spices. In most restaurants food colouring is used, the use of any colouring in our kitchens is banned at Spiceology and our dishes are not brightly coloured and iridescent. We use only natural and fresh ingredients, cayenne, red chili powder red colour, turmeric, yellow orange colour cooked at high temperatures in an earthen oven, i.E. Tandoor. All served with salad, mint sauce, spiced onions, fresh tomato and turmeric spicing
